The Korea Institute for Mission and CHurch renewal International has been founded to provide the International church community with opportunities to observe and research the growing Korean church. In the 10-day-long KIMCHI Theological Seminar for the internationals, the participant is able to experience the vitality of Korean Christians. Church leaders and theologians speak biblical principles of church growth and renewal. To date over 700 participants from 58 countries have undergone the seminar. KIMCHI also holds seminars for Korean pastors twice a year, each lasting 10 weeks. During the past 22 seminars, more than 10,000 Korean pastors have participated. KIMCHI was approved as part of the ongoing work of the Lausanne Movement in March 1996.
